Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bonded mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Bonded ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Bonded, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Bonded Is (and Is Not)

Bonded is a discovery and matching platform designed to help couples find, agree on, and plan date ideas offered by independent third-party businesses, such as restaurants, activity venues, studios, or other experience providers ("Service Providers").

Important clarifications:

  • Bonded does not provide date experiences.
  • Bonded does not own, operate, or manage venues or activities.
  • Bonded does not control the availability, pricing, quality, or execution of experiences.
  • All experiences are provided by independent Service Providers.

Bonded's role is limited to enabling discovery, matching, planning, and (where available) facilitating interaction between users and Service Providers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
  • You may only invite or connect with a partner with their consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Matching & Date Ideas

3.1 Date Matches

  • Date ideas are shown to both partners for individual selection.
  • A "date match" occurs only when both partners like the same date idea.
  • A date match does not guarantee availability, confirmation, pricing, or acceptance by a Service Provider.

4. Bookings & Interactions with Service Providers

Bonded may display information or tools that help you interact with Service Providers, such as:

  • Booking links or websites
  • Contact information
  • Planning or scheduling features

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Bonded does not guarantee responses, confirmations, or availability.
  • Bonded does not control Service Provider policies or communications.
  • All agreements related to an experience are made directly between you and the Service Provider.

Bonded may support or facilitate communication, but does not act as a party to any agreement between users and Service Providers.

5. Payments

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Bonded does not process payments for experiences.
  • Payments, deposits, refunds, and charges are handled directly between users and Service Providers.
  • Bonded is not responsible for pricing changes, billing disputes, or payment issues.

Bonded may introduce payment-related features in the future. If so, additional terms may apply.

6. Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

  • Cancellation and change policies are determined solely by Service Providers.
  • You are responsible for understanding and complying with those policies.
  • Bonded is not responsible for charges, penalties, or consequences related to cancellations or no-shows.
  • Bonded does not resolve disputes between users and Service Providers.

7. Experience Quality & Liability

Bonded does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bonded is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from experiences discovered through the App.
  • Bonded is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of Service Providers or users.
  • Any issues related to an experience must be addressed directly with the Service Provider.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App unlawfully or abusively.
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass Service Providers, partners, or other users.
  • Attempt to misuse, interfere with, or reverse engineer the App.

Bonded may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User-Generated Content

Bonded allows users to post content visible to other users, including date reviews, ratings, and profile information. By posting content, you agree to the following:

  • You will not post content that is offensive, abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
  • You will not post misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content
  • You will not harass, bully, or intimidate other users through posted content
  • You will not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • You will not post spam, advertisements, or promotional material

Bonded has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We reserve the right to remove any content and permanently ban any user who violates these standards, without prior notice.

Reporting & Moderation

To maintain a safe environment:

  • Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app
  • Users can block other users, which immediately removes their content from your view and notifies our team
  • Bonded will review and act on all reports within 24 hours
  • Content found to violate these terms will be removed and the responsible user may be permanently banned
  • Bonded may use automated and manual methods to filter and moderate content

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of Bonded is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect
  • How we use it
  • When and why data may be shared (for example, with Service Providers where relevant)

10. Changes to the Service & Terms

Bonded is an evolving product.

  • We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • If changes are material, we will notify you via the App or email.

Continued use of Bonded after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
